Η πρωτοβουλία Hack for Skills ήταν ένας συνεργατικός διαγωνισμός δεξιοτήτων που διεξήχθη μεταξύ Κύπρου και Μάλτας τον Νοέμβριο 2023. Κύριος στόχος ήταν να εμπλέξει 40 νέους (20 από κάθε χώρα) στην ανάπτυξη προτάσεων για τη βελτίωση των συστημάτων Επαγγελματικής Εκπαίδευσης και Κατάρτισης (ΕΕΚ), ευθυγραμμίζοντάς τα με τις τρέχουσες και μελλοντικές ανάγκες της αγοράς εργασίας.
