EUDIS Defence Hackathon Autumn 2026 — Cyprus

The EUDIS Defence Hackathon returns for its Autumn 2026 edition, running simultaneously across eight European countries — Austria, Cyprus, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Norway, Portugal and Sweden — on 15–17 October 2026. Cyprus joins the line-up for the first time, hosted locally by C.D. Multimedia Services Ltd. This edition's theme is Autonomy on the Battlefield — teams work on autonomous systems and robotics for operational advantage across air, land, sea and space. Open to students, developers, engineers, researchers and founders working in dual-use and defence technology. Participants form multidisciplinary teams (3–5 people), get hands-on mentorship from defence-industry experts, and compete for a place in the EU-wide pitching competition. Participant registration for the Cyprus node is open via the organisers' registration form. For reference, the Spring 2026 edition drew 582 participants from 16 EU countries and Norway, producing 169 team solutions over 48 hours.
