4th European Cybersecurity Skills Conference 2026
Offline
Planned
Postponed from March, moved to November, and now full. The 4th European Cybersecurity Skills Conference takes place on 4–5 November 2026, 09:00–17:00 both days, at the Radisson Beach Resort, Larnaca. It is run by ENISA, the EU Agency for Cybersecurity, together with the Digital Security Authority (DSA) of Cyprus, under the title "Strengthening EU's Cybersecurity Skills for a Resilient Digital Future". The two facts to act on first. It was originally scheduled for 4–5 March 2026 and postponed because of developments in the Middle East; and registration is now closed because the conference reached maximum capacity. ENISA's own page says so plainly. If you are not already registered, the realistic options are the published materials and whatever ENISA puts out afterwards — this is the flagship EU event on cybersecurity skills and the agenda is worth reading even from a distance. What is on the agenda.
- European initiatives on skills recognition and the attestation of cybersecurity competencies
- The impact of Artificial Intelligence on the cybersecurity workforce — which skills AI erodes, which it creates, and what that does to hiring
- The ongoing revision of the European Cybersecurity Skills Framework (ECSF), including a new set of proficiency levels
- Secure product lifecycles and the security of AI systems
- Cross-ecosystem cooperation between EU institutions, member states, industry and academia
