Cybersecurity for ALL Festival 2026

Ten hours, a shopping mall, free entry, and no registration form. The Cybersecurity for ALL Festival 2026 runs on Saturday 24 October 2026, 10:00–20:00, at the Nicosia Mall. It is organised by the Office of the Commissioner of Communications through the Digital Security Authority and the National Cybersecurity Coordination Centre of Cyprus (NCC-CY), and the Cyprus Computer Society is taking part alongside the Cyprus Cyber Security Challenge (CCSC). What is actually there. Interactive games and hands-on activities built around digital security, aimed at getting visitors to — in the organisers' own framing — learn, play and realise the importance of digital security and responsible digital behaviour. Previous editions have mixed children's workshops and educational games with practical guidance for parents on protecting children online, plus a strand on careers in cybersecurity. Who it is for. Everyone, genuinely — this is a family event in a mall rather than a professional conference, and that is the point of it. Entry is free and you can simply walk in. Why it is worth a line on a competitive-events calendar. Because the Cyprus Cyber Security Challenge stand is there, and the CCSC is the selection route for the national team that goes to the European Cyber Security Challenge — Cyprus sent its 2026 squad to Bochum, Germany on 12–16 October. If you are a teenager or student with any interest in security, this is the lowest-friction way in the calendar to talk to the people who run that pipeline: no ticket, no application, no prior knowledge assumed. The wider context for the date. It lands in the middle of an unusually dense cybersecurity fortnight in Cyprus: Cyber Resilience 2026 in Nicosia on 2 November, the 4th European Cybersecurity Skills Conference in Larnaca on 4–5 November, and a €1.5m national grant scheme for cybersecurity innovation whose call closes on 8 December. The island is making a concerted push on security skills this autumn, and this is the public-facing end of it.
