The CASSINI Hackathon is a biannual event organized by the European Commission to foster innovative solutions using EU space technologies. In Cyprus, the 5th CASSINI Hackathon took place from March 24 to 26, 2023, at the Information and Training Center for Employment and Entrepreneurship of the Municipality of Nicosia.

Prizes

In Cyprus, prizes included a €1,000 award and additional business support for the winning teams

Rules

Participants had to be at least 18 years old and reside in an EU Member State, Norway, Switzerland, or Iceland. Each team needed a minimum of 3 members and could have up to 8 members. Any programming languages and software development tools were permitted.
