EU-CONEXUS ENABLES Hackathon (Cyprus)

The EU-CONEXUS ENABLES Hackathon at Frederick University, Cyprus has moved to 20–21 October 2026 (previously listed as 13–14 October) and registration is now open. It is the Cyprus node of the EU-CONEXUS European university alliance's network-wide hackathon series. Theme: "Decarbonising Port Operations through Smart Energy and Digital Twin Solutions" — practical, scalable ways to cut emissions in port and maritime operations using smart energy and digital twins. Who can join: undergraduate, Master's and PhD students, researchers/academics and others. Teams of 3–5 multidisciplinary participants. Registration is individual via the organisers' online form, where you choose to attend one day or both. Note: the alliance's hackathon listing gives 20–21 October, while the participation-day options on the registration form read 21 and 22 October — check with the organisers before booking travel. No registration deadline has been published.
