Cyprus Cyber Security Challenge 2026: results are in, national ECSC team takes shape

The 2026 Cyprus Cyber Security Challenge (CCSC) has finished, and the organisers have announced the final results. The national capture-the-flag ran online from 2 to 9 August 2026 and was open to all ages.

Why it matters: CCSC is the qualifier that selects and trains the Cyprus national team. The top talents from this edition go on to represent Cyprus at the European Cyber Security Challenge (ECSC) 2026 in Bochum, Germany, on 12-16 October, alongside 35+ national teams.

The challenge is organised by the Cyprus Computer Society together with the CyberMouflons community, this year in collaboration with the Hellenic National Cybersecurity Team, and runs under the auspices of national authorities including the Ministry of Defence and the Digital Security Authority.
