ROBO's first Train the Trainers workshop lands at CYENS on 26 September

The Cyprus Computer Society is pointing educators at the first official ROBO Train the Trainers Workshop, and the timing is not an accident: WRO Cyprus 2026 has just opened its rules to open platforms, Kypruino included.

• When: Saturday 26 September 2026, 09:00-13:00
• Where: ROBO facilities at CYENS Centre of Excellence, Nicosia
• Covers: Kypruino (block-based programming, then C++) and RoboRover (blocks and C++)
• Trainer: Odysseas Oikonomides, ROBO founder and CEO, who also teaches robotics and electronics at UCLan Cyprus and designed several of the boards on the table

Who should go

It is aimed both at educators already running ROBO kits and at those weighing them up for the coming school year. The session is practical rather than promotional - classroom integration, worked examples, and open floor for technical questions.

The workshop is organised and sponsored by ROBO. Places are limited and secured through the registration form; a second edition is planned for later in the year.
