ENISA brings the European Cybersecurity Skills Conference to Larnaca on 4-5 November

Cyprus is hosting the 4th European Cybersecurity Skills Conference - the event was originally set for March and has been re-dated to the autumn.

Details

  • When: 4-5 November 2026, 09:00-17:00 (Europe/Athens)
  • Where: Larnaca, Cyprus
  • Organisers: ENISA, with the Digital Security Authority of Cyprus
  • Registration: the event page states registration opens in September 2026; the agenda is still to be announced

What is on the table

Two threads dominate: the revision of the European Cybersecurity Skills Framework (ECSF), including new proficiency levels, and the EU proposal for attestation of cybersecurity skills. Both are about to shape how cyber roles are described and hired for across Europe.

If you competed in this year's Cyprus Cyber Security Challenge or are heading to the European Cyber Security Challenge in Bochum, this is the policy end of the same conversation - and it is happening on the island.
