Free entry, 50+ speakers and the whole Limassol brokerage industry in one resort: Wiki Finance Expo books 6 November

Cyprus' November fintech season has three entries. Two cost money. This one does not. Wiki Finance Expo Cyprus 2026 runs on Friday 6 November 2026, 09:00–18:00, at Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa — 11 Giannou Kranidioti, 4534 Limassol. The organiser is WikiEXPO, the events arm of Wiki Global, with WikiFX, WikiBit and WikiGold co-organising.

Scale, with the caveat stated up front. The published figures are 7,000+ attendees, 50+ speakers and exhibitors and participants from 30+ countries. The 7,000 is WikiEXPO's own series-wide average rather than an audited Limassol headcount, and it is worth discounting accordingly. Even halved, it is one of the larger financial-technology floors the island hosts in a year.

Seven tracks. Foreign exchange and liquidity solutions; regulatory and compliance frameworks; next-generation payments; platform building and brokerage technology; fintech service providers; crypto and DeFi; and AI in finance. The detailed agenda and named speakers were still listed as coming soon at the time of writing — the track list is the firm commitment, the running order is not.

Who turns up. Brokers, institutional investors, venture capital, payment and brokerage technology vendors, developers and crypto natives. WikiEXPO is candid that the purpose is transactional — liquidity relationships, B2B partnerships, funding conversations. That is simply what a Limassol FX event is: the coastal strip holds one of the highest densities of CySEC-regulated brokerages and payment institutions in the European Union, and this is where that industry shops.

Admission is free. Registration runs through wikiexpo.com/Cyprus/2026/en or the Eventbrite listing, at no cost. Set that against the rest of the month: the 27th NextGen Payments & RegTech Forum on 19 November at the Four Seasons is paid corporate pricing with no student tier, and the BoC Fintech Hackathon 7.0 on 27–29 November at the IDEA Innovation Centre is free but competitive, with €16,000 in prizes and an application process. Wiki Finance Expo asks for a form and a Friday.

The reason a hackathon listing cares. Timing and price. If you are putting a team together for BoC Fintech 7.0 — whose brief spans fintech, AI, cybersecurity and smart cities — then 6 November is three weeks out and costs nothing. The AI in finance and crypto/DeFi tracks overlap the BoC brief almost exactly, and the compliance and payments sessions are where you find out what a regulated Cyprus firm genuinely finds expensive, as opposed to what sounds good in a pitch. A free floor full of prospective first customers, three weeks before the deadline, is the most efficient preparation available.

One practical note. Free registration at a venue like Parklane fills and the agenda is still being assembled — book the slot now, and check wikiexpo.com closer to the date before planning the day around any single session.
