The Hack{Cyprus} 2016 Hackathon celebrated its 5th anniversary from June 24 to 26, 2016, at the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT) in Limassol, Cyprus. Organized by the Cypriot Enterprise Link (CEL), this 50-hour event brought together over 130 developers, designers, and ideators from across Europe to collaborate on innovative projects.

Rules

All code must be written during the hackathon; however, participants could design, sketch, and conceptualize beforehand. Hack Cyprus Teams could be formed prior to or during the event, with a maximum of 5 members. Hack Cyprus Participants retained full ownership and intellectual property rights of their creations.
